Ooey Gooey S'mores Brwonies

This delicious brownie recipe screams summer. Get the taste of making s’mores by the campfire
without the campfire. These “semi-homemade” goodies couldn’t be easier to make with the help of
your favorite store-bought brownie mix.

Ooey Gooey S'mores Brwonies

1 package of brownie mix (check box for additional ingredients)
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10 full size crackers)
7 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cups mini marshmallows
10 mini Hershey’s Bars
chocolate syrup (optional)

Ooey Gooey S'mores Brownies

Preheat over to 325

Spray 8×8-inch pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper leaving an overhang on
two sides.

Set aside.

In medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar and mix making
sure crumbs are evenly coated with butter.

Pour into pan and press evenly along bottom. Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and set aside.

Increase oven temperature to 350°.

Follow brownie mix directions.

Pour mixture over graham cracker crumb crust and bake as directed.

Remove from oven and let cool in pan for about an hour.

Place layer of Hersey’s chocolate on top of brownies.

Pour mini marshmallows over Hershey’s bars covering completely.

Set oven to broil and place brownies in oven on the top rack for 1 to 4 minutes to get desired
toasted marshmallow color.

Remove from oven.

Remove parchment paper with brownies from pan and pull parchment paper away from brownies.

Cut into 9 equal-sized squares. Drizzle top with chocolate sauce (optional).  Eat while warm.
