Addie’s Bat Mitzvah: The Place to Dance the Night AWay!
The Madison Beach Hotel was pinked-out for this wonderful Aviator Nation-style celebration for Addie and her family. Everywhere you turned there was pink! Light pink, medium pink, hot pink, pink on pink, even pink shoe laces (but that’s a story for another day)! All photos were pink-balanced by the great Mike Shauck, of Iris Photography.
The spectacular effect was not lost on the guest of honor and her family as they entered the ballroom for the first time!

From there it was off to the usual pre-function activities, including a photo shoot for the guest of honor and her extended family.

As guests walked in there were encouraged to drop a card in the logo’d card box, pick up their pink hombre escort cards and to sign the great light-up mirror.

Cocktail hour was a feast of food and fun for all. Grab a bite, or a refreshing “Strawberry Nation” cocktail, snap a pic or two in front of the colorful backdrop at the photo booth, or simply hang out and enjoy some special moments with friends and family before the action really heated up.

The decor pieces highlighted the theme beautifully. There were mirrored vessels housing pink (of course) florals…

Logo’d and colored pillows on the stark white couches in the teen lounge…

Don’t forget to grab a logo’d napkin.

Giant installations added color and provided great backdrops for selfies.

Tablescapes featured tall vases with flowing white florals, gold votives, custom menus and wonderful light-up table numbers.

Introductions were indeed grand, with the parents taking the lead, followed by the siblings and, of course, the guest of honor, all entering in style!

The dance floor, led by emcee Evan of ET Events, was the center of attention all evening, the highlights of which were the traditional hora, a beautifully choreographed father-daughter dance and even mom doing the limbo!

There were several special moments for the mitzvah girl, including a special tribute from the proud parents, and getting to read the Ha’Motzi blessing with her grandpas.

She also had the honor of hosting her candle lighting ceremony, and did so with grace and humor!

It was another special moment when the mitzvah girl, surrounded by all her guests, got to see her montage on the giant LED wall.

Don’t forget to fill a bag of (mostly) pink candies from the bountiful candy bar.

And to pick up a colorful hoodie as a memento of a great evening on the way out.

Mazel Tov, Addie, to you and your family for throwing a spectacular party. We are all pink with envy!

Easy! Done! Enjoy!
