Beach-Themed B’nai Mitzvah

Beach Themed Party

This party was for a twin boy and girl, celebrating their special day together.  It was important to
have a color scheme that suited them both while agreeing with the beach theme.  We chose
different shades of blue.

As soon as the guests arrived at the Golf Club of Avon they were greeted by cute place cards which
were flip-flop keychains in various colors.

On the escort card table was a sign that spelled beach which helped guests know the theme
(if the flip-flop keychains didn’t give it away?).

There was a gift table and a card box that had a logo made for this special occasion and sported
the theme colors.

Each table was dressed in theme-colored linens and had centerpieces that were vases with
floating candles and glowing sea glass at the bottom.

Throughout the venue were beach accents.  There were mini lantern votives on the cocktail tables…

Miniature fish bowl vases filled with Swedish Fish were available for guests to enjoy…

And a photo station with a backdrop with the logos designed for this special day and two Adirondack
chairs that screamed beach.

The weather was just perfect and guests could enjoy an appetizer and take in the view from the
deck.

Ben had a cool skateboard deck for his friends to sign as a keepsake from the party…

While Sophia had a traditional sign-in board made by Moto Photo for friends to leave a note.

There were little accents used to personalize the space such as giant S & B letters displayed on the
mantel flanked by nautical lanterns.

The specialty drink for the young adults was a Shirley Temple.

And an amazing milkshake bar was there for both young and old to enjoy.

Vases in various sizes accented with ribbon in different shades of blue lit up a beautiful candle
lighting ceremony hosted together by Sophia and Ben.  Of course, a pair of flip-flops were needed
to carry the beach theme through.

As the young adults left the party they were given t-shirts. Each had the date and logo
all wrapped up in butcher’s string and a name tag.

Mazel Tov Sophia and Ben, you did it, together!!

Easy! Done! Enjoy!
