Here’s a cute little recipe that’s perfect for Spring! There are tons of different egg-shaped candies
on the market this time of year so all you have to do is pick your favorite. This treat is yummy and
decorative and so easy that the kids can help out.
3 tablespoons butter
1 package (10 oz) Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
6 cups Kellogg’s Rice Krispies cereal
assorted egg shaped candies (Jelly Bellies, Cadbury Mini Eggs, Whoppers Robin Eggs)
Spray mini or regular muffin tins with no-stick cooking spray.
In a large saucepan melt butter over low heat.
Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Add cereal and stir until well coated.
Using a spatula and wax paper, press mixture into muffin tins forming nests.
As soon as nests are completely cool remove from muffin tins.
Add a few egg shaped candies in each nest and serve.
Easy! Done! Enjoy!
