Parker and Chloe’s B’nai Mitzvah Party
This was such a beautiful event and I really enjoyed working with this family to bring their
vision to life. Parker is 13 and Chloe is 12 and the family thought it would be wonderful to
do their mitzvahs together.
We picked a color scheme of navy, coral, and gold that worked for both honorees.
As the young adults arrived they went straight into the main room and entered the specially
furnished funky lounge.
Photos of both Parker and Chloe were on display with amazing uplighting to accent the look.
The adults spent the first hour of the party in a separate room. There was a signature drink
enjoyed with a very creative sign. More photos of Parker and Chloe were on display throughout
the venue as fantastic decor elements.
Votives were placed all around with a “C” for Chloe…
Or a “P” for Parker.
And at various locations were throw pillows with a logo celebrating both guests of honor.
The adults had assigned seating and little gumball machines were utilized as place cards.
The centerpieces were large vases filled with mini paper lanterns and a giant lantern on top.
Spectacular photos of Parker and Chloe accented with gold sparkle numbers told guests where to
sit.
The logo was used throughout the party…on cocktail napkins,
Menus,
Drink coasters,
And on large screen TVs.
On a table in the main room was a gift box for cards.
Near the DJ station manned by Boppers Events were shelves of socks in various colors to put on so
everyone could dance in comfort.
Parker and Chloe did an amazing job honoring important people in their life during the Candle
Lighting Ceremony. The display was just perfect, showing off the theme colors of navy, coral and
gold, with a little sparkle to add an extra something.
After the Candle Lighting Ceremony, there was the traditional Mother/Son Father/Daughter dance.
However, this was anything but traditional as they all broke out in a choreographed number that
had everyone on their feet cheering. What a great moment!
We used two chairs instead of a sign-in book for family and friends to leave a note or just sign their
name. Both chairs had initials that matched the logo and theme colors.
I had some much fun at this party. I put on a chef’s hat and wore a t-shirt with the event logo. I
took a tray around the room and served “Wicked Whoopie” pies for all to enjoy. I think I
looked pretty cute too if I do say so myself. Whoopie Pie anyone?
As the young adults left the party they were given earbuds with the event logo and Parker and
Chloe’s names on them. They were a big hit!
Mazel Tov Parker and Chloe!
Easy! Done! Enjoy!
