This was such a cool theme and the photos don’t truly do it justice. As soon as the guests arrived
they could see this was going to be a fun party and all were excited to celebrate with the Bar
Mitzvah boy at Great River Golf Club.
The adults had place cards in the form of glowing cubes. They could change to a color of their
liking with the push of a button.
The young adults had a fantastic “Glow Lounge” by Boppers Events featuring light up furniture
and cubbies that had a great t-shirt giveaways waiting for them as they arrived.
The lounge was set up as a “Glow Bar” where Ryan’s friends could pick out a cool light up accent
to get them in the mood.
The gift box displayed the logo specifically designed for this special night.
The adults had their own cocktail area which was also glowingly decorated.
And they could get in the glow by enjoying a specially created signature drink.
A mirror was displayed for guests to sign and leave a note for the man of the hour.
The logo glowed on giant tv monitors set up by Total Entertainment.
The main room was literally glowing with all of the light up furniture and centerpieces adorning
the adult tables.
The candle lighting piece went perfectly with the glow theme. Ryan did an amazing job honoring
the special people in his life during this heartfelt ceremony.
Even the desserts glowed! Cotton Candy was handed out on these fantastic glow sticks that were
enjoyed by all of Ryan’s friends, young and old.
Mazel Tov Ryan! May the memories of this great event glow on for many days and weeks to come
for you and your wonderful family.
Easy! Done! Enjoy!

I love some of your ideas and would like to see about your hourly rate for sourcing some of the decor items.
