2 cups pitted kalamata olives
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Honeycup® Mustard
salt and pepper to taste
cream cheese (optional)
In food processor blend olives until chopped up.
Add garlic, parsley, butter, onion and mustard until well combined.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on bread or crackers or add to chicken or fish. For a delicious hors d’oeuvre spread cream
cheese on a baguette and top with olive spread and fresh chives. Store in refrigerator and serve
cold.
