All the ingredients were there: a picturesque house with a great backyard, decent weather for a New England autumn, a great caterer, top-of-the-class entertainment, a wonderfully creative family who wasn’t afraid to take chances and a leading lady who carried the evening with poise and grace beyond her years. The result — Sammie’s Electric Backyard Bat Mitzvah Bash, one of the biggest highlights of our busy 2024 mitzvah season. All photos courtesy: Kate Lauren Studios
The family set the tone with classy and coordinated outfits, all the way down to the coolest kicks!
Hitting on an awesome logo does wonders for the design process. In this case, it electrified the entire party, from the pillows that popped against the striking white lounge couches,
…to the cocktail napkins,
…on a sizzling custom card box,
…As a front to both the kids’ and adult bars,
…As additional design elements to our creative signature drink sign,
…As the focus of our custom sign-in mirror, which just got more and more colorful as the night went on,
That great design worked beautifully as toppers to light-up vases that made up our centerpieces. These really came alive as the sun went down and the ‘club’ kicked into full gear!
Our custom-designed hat station was a huge hit, as modeled by our guest of honor!
Formalities were aplenty throughout the evening, starting off with “grand introductions” of our host family.
Once in place, it was time for a rousing Hora. Get on up in that chair, Sammie!
Our mitzvah girl presided over a special candle lighting,
…And took dad on a special spin on the dance floor.
Food service was preceded by a neighborly Ha’Motzi, after which the talented folks from Doro Catering and Events took over and wowed everyone!
ET Events Group provided all the entertainment that could fit under a giant tent, leading dance floor games, running a lit blacklight segment, and, of course, keeping the dance floor full with a talented array of entertainers.
The montage played on a giant LED wall and hit all the right notes!
ET Events Group also energized the party with this awesome 3D photo booth!
And look, there’s that logo again — on the floor of the photo booth and on the custom-designed sweatshirts that went home with all the youngsters at the end of the evening.
Mazel Tov Sammie and family — your smile was the most electric part of a truly magical mitzvah party!
Easy! Done! Enjoy!
