Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In medium bowl mix dry ingredients and set aside. Cream butter in mixer. Add white and brown sugars until well mixed. Mix in vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, until incorporated. Mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Stir Oreo pieces into batter. Scoop about a tablespoon of batter onto pan making sure to space each mound a few inches apart. You can add a mini Oreo in the middle for decoration or just use leave it as is. Bake for about 7 to 9 minutes until cookies start to brown. Let cool then enjoy with a glass of milk.
