Marci’s Matzoh Candy

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • matzoh
  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil Melt butter. Add 1 cup brown sugar. Bring to boil for 3 minutes, mixing often. Pour mixture over matzoh. Bake for EXACTLY 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Pour semi sweet chocolate chips on top of matzoh and spread evenly as it melts. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over chocolate.
You can make it the other way around with white chocolate and semi sweet chocolate drizzle. Or sprinkle with nuts.
