Oreo Chunk Cookies

This recipe combines some of my favorite things, Oreo cookies and cookie dough. The dough will
work with almost anything from chocolate chips, peanut butter cups or m&m’s but you have to
first try Oreos!

2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup unsalted butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups Oreo pieces
mini Oreos (optional)

Oreo Chunk Cookie Ingredients

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In medium bowl mix dry ingredients and set aside.
Cream butter in mixer. Add white and brown sugars until well mixed.
Mix in vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, until incorporated.
Mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Stir Oreo pieces into batter.

Oreo Chunk Cookie Dough

Scoop about a tablespoon of batter onto pan making sure to space each mound a few inches
apart. You can add a mini Oreo in the middle for decoration or just use leave it as is.

Oreo Chunk Cookie Dough with Mini Oreo on top

Bake for about 7 to 9 minutes until cookies start to brown.

Let cool then enjoy with a glass of milk.
