Mango Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 fresh mangos
  • ½ jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and diced
  • 1 lime
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup diced red pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cut 2 mangos in small cubes and place in medium bowl. Add to mangos zest and juice of one lime. Add jalapeño, cilantro, red pepper, onion, cumin and honey. Mix until well combined. Add salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. For better results leave overnight.
